Able to accommodate up to 12 people, with 5 bedrooms, and 120 m², this cottage awaits you for an unforgettable moment of calm and serenity away from cities and noise.

The GITE DES TROIS PIGNONS is the ideal place for your wedding, banquet, cocktail, seminar, family reunion or any other event.
We are located in a pretty little village 40 minutes south of Paris between Milly la forêt and Nemours. (see access map).
The gîte with its high standing outbuilding called the FERME d'AUVERS has reception or seminar rooms, an isolated apartment, a 5 bedroom gîte, as well as 4 independent studios. These two accommodations can be booked separately on the Gîte de France website.
We welcome you in a remarkably landscaped environmental and architectural setting, emphasizing the charm of the place and your comfort.
We have opted for 3-star comfort to welcome customers looking for well-being and good living.

To go to the “Gîte des Trois Pignons”, 28, rue d'Auvers - 77123 Noisy sur école coming from Paris or the province:
By the A6 motorway exit n ° 13 ‘Milly la forêt’.
Cross Milly la forêt, then follow the direction of ONCY sur école (ORLEANS).
When leaving ONCY sur école, turn left onto rue d'Auvers.
300 m on your left is the lodging (with a black gate).
